1. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to:

Use fraudulent payment methods
Place fraudulent or abusive orders
Interfere with website functionality

2. Product Information

We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices and specifications.

However, slight differences in colour, packaging, dimensions or appearance may occur due to screen settings, manufacturer changes or product batches.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors.

If an order is affected by a significant pricing or listing error, we may contact the customer before fulfilment or cancel and refund the order where appropriate.

4. Orders

An order is considered successfully placed after the order has been accepted/confirmed by ZappyCo.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing
Suspected fraud
Incorrect customer information
Delivery limitations
Duplicate or abusive orders
Supplier/fulfilment issues
Other legitimate operational reasons

If an online payment was already made for an order that we cancel, the applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment method/provider.

5. COD Orders

For COD orders, ZappyCo may contact the customer to verify the order.

Repeated refusal of legitimate COD deliveries, fraudulent orders or misuse of COD may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

6. Payments

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay and Cashfree.

Customers agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

Payment processing may be subject to the applicable terms of the payment provider.

7. Shipping

Orders may be fulfilled through third-party logistics providers including Delhivery, Shiprocket, Xpressbees and supplier-direct fulfilment partners.

Delivery times can vary according to product, destination, logistics conditions and other circumstances.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers should review that policy before purchasing.

9. Intellectual Property

The ZappyCo name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images and other original content are owned by or licensed to DigitalFlyy Private Limited and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZappyCo will not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including logistics disruptions, natural events, technical failures or other force-majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
